About Biomia Aps

Biomia is a synthetic biology company developing a pipeline of plant-inspired natural products and new-to-nature small-molecule drug candidates. Biomia was founded in 2022 following the licensing of a patent-protected manufacturing platform invented by Biomia’s co-founders. Leveraging proprietary biosynthesis capabilities together with high throughput bioactivity testing and machine learning-guided virtual screening, Biomia is developing a drug discovery engine and manufacturing platform for novel lead small molecules addressing unmet needs in patients suffering from chronic pain, mental health disorders, and substance addiction.
